All our new parts are covered by the manufacturers warranties whilst our used parts are covered by a 3 month/500 hour (whichever comes first) warranty.

However we're here to help and are as flexible as we can when it comes to any failures outside warranty so we look at things on a case by case basis and usually sort things out so that everybody is happy.

Of course - between all of our staff we've got a massive amount of knowledge about all sorts of things.

Depending on where you are and stock availability it can be as quick as overnight to a couple of weeks. We can also source parts from all over the world - in those cases it can obviously take a bit longer!
